You probably be asking yourself what this is. I know many of you don't know, but it's a dessert 🍰. It is called Visheti, from the swahili culture.
I just had to do some food photography as it expresses the desire of someone wanting to grab the whole stuff up.
Baked and fried, with melted sugar pored on top of the small pieces as it was left to frozen and the outcome was just perfect.
